The purpose of the site is the promotion and education of health and well-being and mindful living. Our aim is to make wellness and mindfulness resources available for health seekers in New England and on the worldwide web; and, to inspire connections among people in the health community who are serious about promoting and facilitating total wellness of mind, body, spirit, and emotions.

The website provides reviews of and links to local practitioners, and displays educational materials on the topics of psychology, psychotherapy, and wellness; it also provides in-depth educational reviews of evidence-based research in those areas.

ABOUT SOUTH SHORE MINDFULNESS

The aim of South Shore Mindfulness is to share with others in the Greater Boston-South community the benefits of positive living and mindfulness. Elements of this are: positive living and wellness, mindfulness, stress-management, creativity, and community. South Shore Mindfulness has been developed to educate about mindful living and its benefits, and to help people redirect their energies and focus more on being more aware of the vast, unlimited resources for healing and wellness that exist within.
