The
Secret Life of Water by Masaru Emoto

The power of prayer, meditation, reiki, and love...
Though the label may change, the power of love to influence health has been
taught throughout written history. But, could thoughts and words, especially
love, influence and improve water? Could water have memory? Could water even
provide a means to show us the healing power of love and gratitude? We are all
united in our dependence on water, causing its flow to determined the rise of
civilizations. And yet, I do not think anyone has considered the implications
of water to the depth of Masaru Emoto. In "The Secret Life of Water," Dr.
Emoto's third book about this powerful element, he continues to share his
magical photographs of frozen water crystals.
What is initially most intriguing about "The Secret Life of Water" is the
diverse selection of photographs. Dr. Emoto froze and photographed diverse
specimens of water, both before and after subjecting them to various forms of
"hado" energy. Hado medicine, as it is called in Japan, is based on the
understanding that all matter resonates to it's own unique frequency. It also
incorporates the understanding that states of being, such as health, disease,
and emotions also resonate to vibrational frequencies. It is through
understanding, and using these frequencies, that this approach to medicine
heals. The formation of the crystal structures during freezing literally seems
to mirror the health, or state, of the water, as well as the nature of the
hado's source. Without a doubt, the energy of love and gratitude produced the
most beautiful and "perfect" crystal structures of all, regardless of
language.
Dr. Emoto shares, both his process and findings, with a spiritual sensitivity
masterfully combined with logic. He shares the actual process he follows to
produce his photographs. He includes supportive studies and leaves the reader
with a reverent sense of the lessons in water for our daily lives. The true
message of "The Secret Life of Water," is that the positive energy of prayer,
love and gratitude heal. And, if love can heal water, what are the
far-reaching implications for our planet and ourselves. The pattern of rain
water entering the depths of the earth, only to rise back to return to the
sea, could easily be likened to the flow of blood in our bodies, feeding every
extremity and then returning to the heart. We are interconnected through
water, and in "The Secret Life of Water," water shows us the power of our
love.
